The Dunkerton cider mill is set in the ancient parish of Pembridge, where the legend is of a mythical fox 'as black as night, so that it might live in a man's shadow and so never be seen'. Fruity, off-dry and deliciously spiced, Black Fox has a good bittersweet bite on the finish. Pair with gourmet sausages.

Browns Organic Cider
This single varietal cider is lightly sparkling and medium Dry. Made only from the Browns Apple, a variety originating in Devon and now grown all over the cider producing areas of England. Its natural sharpness requires a little sweetening to allow the more complex flavours to shine through – a joy!

This Dunkertons Dry is carefully blended from a range of traditional cider apples which provide a crisper taste.
This cider is definitely one for the cider connoisseur, or more adventurous enthusiast. Sharp, crisp and to the point. Pours with a red hued gold with a very slight haze. This cider is full-bodied with a short-lived fizz from a light carbonation leading to a slightly sparkling drier cider with a rustic cider apple feel.

A complex, aromatic, medium dry cider when fermented.
Our organic Court Royal is a single varietal medium-dry cider made from its namesake the Court Royal apple. Its natural sweetness means it can be enjoyed as a dessert fruit but when fermented it produces a delicate, aromatic, medium dry cider. Despite the irregular cropping we have planted several of these traditional cider apple trees in our orchard and we will try to offer this rare single varietal cider to you each year.

Our medium-sweet premium organic cider is made from a blend of traditional cider apple varieties. The result is a smoother, sweeter cider that will remind you of summer even in the dark of winter.
Dunkertons Premium Organic pours a red-hued gold with a slight haze. Moderately strong aromas of fruitiness and honey undertones the flavour is slightly smokey. Full bodied with a strong carbonation that makes a memorable first impression before declining away.

DUNKERTONS BREAKWELLS SEEDLING ORGANIC CIDER
A single varietal cider made from Breakwells Seedling which produces a fruity, sparkling medium-dry cider.
The apple was first discovered a century ago at Perthyre Farm, Monmouth. Because of its delicious flavour, farmer George Breakwell propagated the seedling and it was later planted in many Herefordshire orchards, including our own. The Breakwells seedling produces a very handsome striped red coloured cider apple that when ripening fill the air with a wonderful, intense perfume. Usually ready for harvesting in early September.
